    The views and location were absolutely stunning, and the kids loved the pool and the thoughtful games cupboard. the beds were a letdown for the price, and parking was a bit cramped. it was a pleasant experience, despite a few areas needing improvement.

    The design of the apartment and the space

    The bathroom tiles needed to be cleaned better and the shower rose in the ensuite did not spray right and the sliding doors in the lounge room needed adjusting.

    Amazing experience there. Quiet hotel, well organised and competent staff. The breakfast at Asian Cuisine. Marvellous position to the local cafes. Very close to restaurants, shops and beach, the esplanade, the space and the comfort and a tennis court...

    The view from the balcony is amazing. The pool is really nice.

    Just one thing, the noise from the unit above, particularly of scraping chairs was irritating.

    The total stay was fabulous for one night. the hotel had a central position not far from the esplanade with fabulous views across the water, the footpath, and cafes. I enjoyed the stay here.

    The risotto at Kacy's was a standout, and the views from the balcony are just bleedin' gorgeous. Plus, that kids' pool? Perfect for the little nippers!

    We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the esplanade with fabulous views across the water. There are plenty of good restaurants close by, making it easy to explore the local cuisine. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated the added convenience of services like car hire, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

    The hotel's proximity to various dining options was a great advantage, with a local pub within walking distance, as well as restaurants and coffee shops a short distance away. the rooms were equipped with modern amenities, while the bathrooms were spacious and clean. the staff's service was prompt and attentive, with maintenance issues addressed promptly.

    A minor issue was the early morning noise from the garage door opening as mentioned in one of the reviews.
